Cousins
Charlotte was jumping on her bed today and said, "I fell on my butt." We usually say "bottom" so I said, "can you say bottom instead?" Charlotte said, "No, butt! My cousins say butt." She has recently spent a lot of time with cousins Bennett and Maddie who are 7 and 12. I had to call Julie and tell her thanks for letting her kids corrupt my kids!

my oh-so-classy mother referred to baby wipes as butt wipes. i didn't think about it as a kid, but sheesh, how trashy does THAT sound? "please pass the butt wipes." OMGoodness!
